Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws using provided premium equipment
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain sterile, organized workstations with supplied medical supplies
- Deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism
- Utilize provided digital documentation systems for sample tracking
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using our integrated mobile phlebotomy carts
Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency with evacuated tube systems and microcollection techniques
- Excellent venipuncture skills with pediatric and geriatric populations
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work efficiently with provided portable phlebotomy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
