Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws using provided equipment
- Process and label specimens accurately
- Maintain sterile collection environments
- Verify patient identity and test requisitions
- Document procedures in EMR systems
- Train on new equipment technologies
- Ensure OSHA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy certification (ASCP/ASPT/NCCT)
- 1+ years clinical experience
- OSHA bloodborne pathogen training
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Tulsa-based travel required
