Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control standards at all times
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient flow and experience

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASPT, NCCT, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
