Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood collections and specimen processing following strict protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during venipuncture procedures

Qualifications
- Current Illinois Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in venipuncture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
