Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws across diverse patient demographics
- Process and transport specimens following CLIA and OSHA protocols
- Maintain precise documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure sterile equipment handling and infection control compliance
- Deliver patient-centered care with empathy during high-volume draws

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification (PTC) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months clinical phlebotomy experience
