Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following strict protocols
- Process and transport specimens with meticulous attention to chain of custody
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control standards
- Provide patient education on procedures and post-care instructions
- Verify patient identification and specimen labeling
- Operate laboratory information systems and maintain documentation

Qualifications
- Current Nevada Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
