Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with minimal discomfort
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges and analyzers
- Ensure proper specimen storage and transportation
- Provide patient education on pre-test preparations

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
