Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens accurately per HIPAA guidelines
- Verify patient identity and maintain detailed medical records
- Prepare blood products for testing and transport
- Ensure sterile techniques and equipment maintenance
- Provide patient education during blood draw procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in blood collection
- BLS/CPR certification required
