Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws following OSHA and CLIA standards
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Verify patient identity and maintain electronic health records
- Operate centrifuges and other lab equipment efficiently
- Provide patient education during blood collection procedures

Qualifications
- Current Maryland Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a hospital or lab setting
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
