The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical vision of our AI products. This involves designing complex neural architectures, optimizing model performance for edge computing, and ensuring ethical AI standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, including reinforcement learning and quantum computing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Language Models: Proven track record of building, training, or fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage technical debt.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, unstructured problems.
