Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, establishing best practices and architectural guidelines for scalable systems.
- Quantum Integration: Design hybrid architectures that seamlessly integrate classical cloud computing with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the development of low-latency, high-throughput systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure the highest quality of delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect proprietary data in a decentralized environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and machine learning pipeline optimization.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience with quantum-safe cryptography is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
