Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve the patient's quality of life.
- Administer medication and track patient health records accurately and on time.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, social activities, and shopping trips.
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's physical or mental condition to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Valid High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Experience in elderly or disability care is a plus.
