Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks with 10x performance improvements
- Create quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with AI acceleration
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and lead patent development
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive open-source quantum-AI framework initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in NISQ-era error mitigation techniques and variational quantum circuits
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
