Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for next-gen AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QML frameworks)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum programming languages
- Strong publication record in quantum/AI research (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions
