Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch integration
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Track record of securing major research funding
