Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world applications in drug discovery and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Optimize quantum algorithms for IBM and Rigetti quantum processors
- Mentor next-generation quantum researchers through our academic partnerships
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum annealing frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum research journals
