Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging Qubit coherence optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale problem-solving
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and algorithm acceleration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate photonic and superconducting qubit systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Drive adoption of quantum machine learning in production environments
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
