Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubits
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for finance and logistics
- Partner with hardware teams on quantum coherence enhancement
- Drive quantum security protocols for 2026's threat landscape
- Mentor quantum engineering talent in our accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubits
- Track record of patenting quantum innovations
