Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop error-correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum circuits for industrial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning, cryptography, and materials science
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen communication networks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and quantum communication protocols
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
