Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuits for optimization problems with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Create security protocols resistant to quantum attacks on blockchain networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Research emerging quantum hardware from startups and academia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Publication record in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum programming
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface/Reed-Muller codes)
- Experience with quantum hardware constraints (coherence times, gate fidelities)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
