Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions leveraging superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Implement fault-tolerant quantum gate operations at 99.9% fidelity
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Author technical white papers for IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, QCE)
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware interfacing (cryogenic systems, microwave control)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Track record of deploying quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong Python/C++ skills with parallel computing expertise
