- Design and execute quantum algorithms solving complex industry challenges
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from NSF, DoD, and private sector
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum information science
- Pioneer error correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Develop IP portfolio with 10+ patent applications annually
- Forge strategic partnerships with IBM, Google Quantum, and MIT
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry R&D
- Published in Science or Physical Review X
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Clearance for DoD research projects preferred
