Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists

- Secure $10M+ in research grants through compelling proposals
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies on quantum adoption pilots
- Publish 2+ high-impact papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Published work in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government or industry grants
- Experience leading research teams of 10+ scientists
- Strong background in quantum machine learning or cryptography
- Patents in quantum computing technologies (preferred)
