Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and validate quantum computing systems
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier scientific journals and conferences
- Drive cross-functional projects with AI, cryptography, and materials science divisions
- Mentor junior researchers and secure competitive research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum mechanics principles
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
