- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead migration planning from classical to hybrid quantum computing environments
- Develop zero-trust architectures resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Coordinate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Create compliance frameworks for NIST quantum security standards by 2026
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithm implementation
- Present architecture roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Cybersecurity or 8+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise in lattice-based cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or Google Quantum AI
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Proven track record in zero-trust architecture implementation
- Strong background in containerized quantum deployment (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects preferred
