Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and surgical services
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient vital signs and recovery progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license with AZ endorsement)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
