Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop optimal care plans.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
