We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is committed to excellence in patient care and possesses a strong clinical background.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to therapies, alerting the healthcare team to any changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with facility standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (Med-Surg or Telemetry background a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
