Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist chair-side during examinations, treatments, and surgeries, ensuring proper instrument sterilization and preparation.
  • Perform and process dental radiographs (X-rays) following strict safety protocols.
  • Take and record vital signs and patient medical histories.
  • Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room environment at all times.
  • Manage patient records, update charts, and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Prepare dental materials for impressions and restorations.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
