Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (New graduates with a BSN are encouraged to apply).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred for specialty roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and ethical nursing practices.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform necessary patient care tasks.
