Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vitals, document electronic health records, and report changes to medical teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and critical interventions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred for ER/ICU roles
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts across various clinical settings
