Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and document progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications
- Active WI RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
