Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical assessments to a diverse patient population.
- Administer medications, treatments, and medications per physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and document changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients and staff.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (Travel/Agency experience preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) is a plus.
