Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance, infection control protocols, and hospital regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
