Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN # required)
- BSN or higher preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Electronic medical record proficiency
- Ability to work 3+ weekly shifts
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
