Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately in the EHR system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to families.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies and acute changes in patient condition.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree (ADN) accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
