Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document all clinical data timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Respond to medical emergencies with critical thinking and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic patient environment.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (new graduates welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
