Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care services in accordance with legal standards and hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
