Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and progress while updating the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
