Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute care and medical-surgical settings.
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs with precision.
- Document patient care plans, outcomes, and changes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and high-acuity situations with critical thinking skills.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and visitors.
- Comply with all state regulations and facility policies regarding patient safety and care standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads encouraged to apply).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for specialty roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods as required by the role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
