Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and update medical records accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Assist with procedures and perform emergency interventions as necessary.
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Virginia.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred for critical care roles.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
