Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility) while maintaining dignity
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Coordinate care schedules via remote communication tools
- Document client progress using our mobile-friendly platform
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Collaborate with healthcare providers remotely for care adjustments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with telehealth apps and digital documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor and strong ethical standards
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
