Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs remotely.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and care plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop optimal care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies within designated remote hours.
- Maintain strict compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Colorado.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining professional boundaries.
