Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced emergency settings using evidence-based practices
- Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Administer medications and perform complex medical procedures with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
