Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients in critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records accurately in Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with composure
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years ED experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with electronic health records
