Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in high-acuity emergency settings
- Assess patient conditions using Triage and ESI protocolsAdminister medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document clinical notes in Epic EMR with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Spanish bilingual proficiency (highly valued)
