Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient care services in medical records and electronic health systems.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care.
- Ensure a safe and clean healthcare environment by following safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Respond to medical emergencies with calm and decisive action.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; new graduates welcome to apply.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.

- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
