Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced staff nurses and charge nurses.
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in orientation and mentorship programs designed for new graduate nurses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess or be actively pursuing a valid RN license in the State of Colorado.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a clinical setting; no prior experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
