Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and disease management.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and mentorship programs.
