Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely.
- Assist in emergency procedures and patient triage when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current RN License in the state of Indiana required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and EHR experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
